WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE?

CEOs must fit this profile:

  1. Visionaries from successful, non-competing private companies between $30 million and $500 million in revenue.
  2. Place a high priority on strategic leadership, innovation, and growth for the future.
  3. Drawn from broad range of industries such as: manufacturing, engineering, technology, life sciences, transportation, consumer services & products, etc.
  4. Leadership outlook includes:
    1. An unconventional mindset that enables you and your company to stay ahead of the curve as the journey keeps changing.
    2. A commitment to challenging long-held assumptions and putting together pieces of the puzzle in new ways.

HOW WILL YOU PROTECT CONFIDENTIALITY?

  1. We will accept only one CEO from a specific business sector.
  2. Upon registration, each participant will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement protecting conversations before, during, and after the summit as well as intellectual property that we provide.
  3. During the summit sessions, we will be in a private setting away from other groups.

  2. Conveniently located 15 miles north of the San Diego airport.

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?   

  1. We will cover your accommodations, reception, meals and breaks during the Summit sessions.
  2. If we accept your application, you will receive a link to our meeting concierge who will assist you with registration and logistics for The Lodge at Torrey Pines.

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER EARLY? 

  1. The moment you register, you will lock in your position as the sole representative of your specific business sector.
  2. If you are accepted and register by June 30, you will receive thirty days of complimentary unlimited and unrestricted virtual access to us beyond your post-summit debrief (a $10,000 value). We’ll be available as sounding boards regarding your actions steps so you maximize your return on investment.
  3. Early registrants* will also have their room accommodations covered for Friday night, October 18.
